Our Return Promise

Like our high-performance fabrics, we’ve designed our returns policy to be flexible and supportive:

  • 15-day window: Return items within 15 days of delivery
  • Free exchanges: Swap for a different size or color
  • Quality guarantee: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn sports bras or leggings without their original tags.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. Pack your items: Place the unworn items with original tags in their original packaging
  3. Ship your return: Send to our warehouse at:

  4. Track your package: We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs/duties fees

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn sports bras
  • Leggings or shorts without original tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
